About Sahide
Hello there! I'm Sahide from Slovenia. My friends and family call me Ide. I should begin by saying that my affinity for languages was expressed at an early age. Enthralled by learning and teaching languages I pursued a teaching career at the University of Ljubljana where I studied English Language and Literature. The scope of the idiomaticity convinced me to major in contrastive analysis of idiomatic expressions with personal names and their Slovene equivalents. Do you know what it means to be the Benjamin of the family? Or a smart Alec? How about to give someone a Billy Martin?
I believe that learning a new language means discovering new parts of one’s self. I love travelling and so I've recently spent almost a year travelling around the world. If you are an avid traveller yourself, I will enjoy learning about your globetrotting experiences.
