I am M. Sc, Mathematics with Bachelor of Education. I have got more than 4 years of experience in online tutoring, especially students from US and UK.
I always teach my students through practical so that they really learn scientific and mathematical facts. For example, I remember teaching a concept that says air exerts pressure in the upward direction, I used a tumbler filled with water up to its brim and covered it with a hard board. Then I asked one of the students to turn the tumbler upside down and observe the scientific fact. We had a Maths lab in our school where we regularly take the children and do the math experiments as well.
I relate whatever I teach my children with real life situations and ask them questions and also create curiosity so that they too ask you the questions. I believe that if a child does not ask you questions, your teaching is not a success.
