About Nicola
Hello, my name is Nikki, I am a TEFL certified tutor living in the south of England. As well as being a tutor, I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies/Sociology.
My teaching style is warm, friendly, and relaxed, as I know how difficult it can be learning something new, having been a student myself many times throughout my life.
As well as having the skills to help you to speak English, I also have many transferable skills through other education and working roles.
I have an Advanced Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling, which has enhanced my communication and listening skills.
I have worked with people who have learning difficulties in the past, which I feel has given me valuable first-hand experience in assisting people with unique language barriers, to help them communicate.
I absolutely love my work as an English tutor, and I can't wait to meet you :)
