About Monica

Hello, I am Monica. I am a passionate teacher who likes to teach difficult subjects in an easy to understand manner. I am a science teacher, having my Master's degree in Chemistry. I have a great command on subjects like Chemistry and Biology, and I also have research experience in the field of Chemistry, having my research paper published.

I always wanted to teach, so to make myself eligible to teach, I took formal bachelor's and master's degrees in "Education". I have 5 years of teaching experience, both online and offline, and I am confident of giving all my students value for money.

Specialities

My specialities are - my ability to comprehend complex topics in science, esp. in Chemistry and Biology and organizing my content delivery as per the grade of the students. I believe in clarifying concepts of students by helping them understand the basics of a topic, and gradually moving to advanced stages. Intent here is - to make my students confident about the concept being taught and to clear any doubts that they may have around the topic. 

I use inquiry based learning technique, encouraging my students to ask a lot of questions. This helps me find the areas where they need most help, and gives me a chance to structure my contents based on their specific need.

My teaching also centers around empathy, as every individual is different having different grasping power and understanding, so I try to teach a topic citing multiple real life examples to make it easy to understand for the students, till the time that topic becomes completely clear.
