About Meliha
Hello everyone. My name is Meliha, my students usually call me ‘’Teacher Meli’’. I am a master professor of English language and literature. I am also a TEFL certified teacher with 5 years of online teaching experience. I come from New Jersey and l love traveling and learning about different cultures. Teaching English is my passion and ever since l was a little girl l dreamed about becoming an English teacher and many many years of hard work and sacrifice later l became one. When l think about someone teaching a foreign language, l instantly think of a passionate, fun, enthusiastic, and creative teacher, and those were my goals during my schooling. And l think l was able to transfer that energy to my students and make them love English and they can't wait to come back again

I am a kind of a teacher who not only teaches English as their foreign language, but I also teach them about my culture and make them want to speak about their culture in English, and for me, that is a definition of a good teacher. I am very good when it comes to teaching kids and l have lots of experience in it, not only online, but in middle and grammar schools as well. I also have experience with teenagers from high school to university. I had an English course where l taught college students. I love working with adults because there are so many ways we can go through a given material, or even make up our own talk.
