About Megan
I am a recent college graduate with my degree in International Studies and Spanish. I have plenty of experience living and working abroad in Central America (primarily El Salvador) as well as the Philippines. I love learning new languages and love to help others see the fun in it as well! I was a Spanish tutor during my time studying at my university. However, I took some time off from my studies to move to El Salvador. While in Central America, I first started teaching English and held informal classes for children in the neighborhood I worked in. This experience gave me a passion for teaching! After returning home to the United States, I assisted as a bilingual paraprofessional in a local high school's ESL department and eventually started freelance teaching English to Spanish speakers in my community. Learning a new language can be a daunting task, but as a person who speaks a second language, I can empathize with students and make learning fun and rewarding!

Megan has a great sprit and her sessions are very joyful, making learning easier for me, she is very patient and she would go the extra step with me to make sure that I have what I need.
