About Mai
Good day! My name is Mai, and I can't wait to tutor students from all around. I have been a tutor for two years for my peers in high school, an online tutor during my undergraduate study for one year, and currently looking to tutor again as I finish graduate school!
What sets me apart from others is that I LOVE teaching. I have enjoyed all of my tutoring experiences and also teaching other students while I am in pharmacy school. I even got to deliver an educational presentation to medical students and residents! What gets me going in teaching is the "AHA" moment my students get, and I feel happy to be able to make a difference in their lives, one lesson at a time. I also find that teaching is a two-way street, that is, I learn from my students as they learn from me!
I look forward to the next step in my career where I can really develop my teaching skills while making a positive impact, with a smile, everywhere I go.
