About Lola
My love of teaching began when I moved to South Korea to teach English, in two Korean Primary Schools. My main goal during my lessons, was to create a comfortable environment for my students to learn in and I emphasised that there were no true mistakes, if you kept trying. I taught ages 7-12, created my own material and even ran the English Holiday camps. After returning to the UK, I worked with iTutorGroup to continue teaching English online and I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of making language learning fun and accesible online. I have just completed my PGCE in Primary Education, working in school with students aged 3-11, on a number of subjects. I also have a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, as well as a TEFL. I am very excited to continue my educational career online with Skooli and I would love to be given the chance to teach as many students as possible, as I believe I can make their learning an enriching and wonderful experience!
