About Keri-Lynn
I have taught ESL to Grade 1-2, Junior High, and IGSE in the British System, as well as taught English language online to children ages 6 - 12. I have provided ESL support for Junior High and High School Students in English and Social Studies. I sometimes use learner inspired content, because I believe language teaching is about equipping the learner to say what they want to say. I have an extensive background in English language testing. I have over 15 years experience teaching ESOL in Asia and Canada. I hold a TESOL Certifcate from TWU that is Standard Level 2 according to TESOL Canada for adult instruction. I have taught both Settlement ESL and Academic English to Adults. In my Masters I specialized in mother tongue literacy issues.
