I am a certified Math and Social Studies teacher in the state of Florida. I taught in Florida for 6 years. My first year I taught Algebra 1 and 2. My second year I was given three sections of AP Calculus AB. By my third year teaching, I was teaching AP Calculus AB and AP Macroeconomics.
My pass rates in both AP classes were above the district, state, and National averages despite being at a school which was in the bottom third from a socioeconomic stand point.
