I have several years of teaching experience and for the last 7 of these years I have been teaching under the British curriculum. Also, I have 9 years of teaching experience in New York City. I possess a master’s degree in Adolescence Physics Education from Hunter College of the City University of New York. My bachelor’s degree is from the University of the West Indies, majoring in physics, minoring in mathematics and meteorology. My area of expertise is physics for which I have experience teaching up to the A2 level. My lessons motivate students to learn physics through engaging them in practical activities and presenting them with physics problems that relate to real world scenarios. Physics is not just a career choice for me, but it is something that I have had a deep passion for since childhood. I pass on my love for physics by engaging my students as explorers and inquiry-based learners in thought provoking lessons and dynamic lessons.
