About Desmond
I am a 46 years old and my career has spanned approximately 20 years and three different countries. namely Jamaica, USA and Abu Dhabi in the UAE. My teaching credentials are multidisciplinary, however, my passion for the English Language led me to Specialize in the teaching English Language and Literacy development. I am fixated on preparing my charges for the highest levels of achievement, however, I endeavor to provide a comfortable atmosphere for learning, one in which students are not fearful of making mistakes and are not hesitant to ask for clarifications or additional instructions in order to "get it". I am confident that my experience will enable me to cater to the individual needs of my pupils, allowing them to perform optimally and achieve their desired goal.
