My name is DeAnthoni Wilkins and I am second year medical student at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine. Prior to medical school school, I recieved my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona with a Major in Physiology (with Honors).
Upon graduation, I decided to move to Chicago in order to be a part of the Teach for Amercia program. As a member of this program, I studied at the Relay Graduate School of Education in Chicago and obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching specifically in Middle Grades General Science. During my 3 years as a teacher, I spent many hours substituting for both math and english classes for both 7th and 8th grade. I also taught math during summer school during 2 of my three years.
I enjoy anime, excercise, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I am patient, caring, and enjoy building relationships.
