I have 5 years of experience tutoring English to students from the ages of 4 to 17. Over this time I excelled in teaching phonics and letters to my youngest students, helping them cultivate a strong base for beginning their journey into reading, writing and spelling. I also excelled in my work with with high school students, helping them to craft structured and comprehensive essays about various books, poems and movies. Across all ages and levels I have proficiently taught spelling, reading, writing and comprehension skills, with excellent results. Beyond my experience as an English tutor, I also have expertise in the humanity fields, as I studied Sociology and Educational Psychology at University before completing a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. During my studies I also mentored and tutored first year university students on these subjects and marked assignments.
