I am a certified math teacher (grade 6 – 12) with seven years of experience. I teach ninth and tenth-grade math in Cobb County. I have experience in teaching Foundations of Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry (with support). I also have experience in providing tutoring for these subjects. Being a teacher has always been a dream and passion of mine because of the influence and impact my teachers had on my life. I love to spend time with my wife and family creating memories. I was not fortunate enough when I was younger to travel, so my main hobby is traveling the world. For the past five years, I have gone to different places that I had never been to before.

Many students struggle with math at some point during their academic career. It is not uncommon to hear students complain that they hate math because “it’s too hard.” But I believe that every student can learn math when provided an equitable learning space that allows students to make mistakes while learning new information.
I hold extensive knowledge of various teaching methods so that I can reach learners of all backgrounds. I enjoy helping students to reach their academic goals and gain an understanding of mathematical concepts. I do my best to employ fun and creativity, along with the ideas to be taught. Students find that I am an innovative teacher who uses several teaching methods and styles to produce effective results.
