About Anna

I am Irish and have worked in the United Arab Emirates and Ireland throughout my career to date. I am passionate about meeting the needs of all learners. With 20 years of experience in the education field, as a certified teacher (primary school), Associate Professor (I am a PhD and Masters holder in Applied Linguistics in Education), I can teach a range of subjects ranging from English language support from kindergarten level right through to graduate programs. I am an active researcher who publishes widely in education-related journals, and I apply my knowledge of theory to my teaching methods.
With me, you can expect the lessons to be learner-centered, focusing on your interests as much as possible, using games, songs and movement as much as we can.
